Tuhu signed an upgraded strategic cooperation agreement with Neolix autonomous vehicles to extend their partnership across vehicle maintenance and support services.
The scope covers spare-parts storage, power batteries, and repairs for key electric-vehicle systems, with both sides working to strengthen a nationwide smart EV servicing network.
The cooperation also introduces a service commitment of 30-minute response and 24-hour repair, aimed at improving turnaround speed and operational support.
