Moonshot AI is preparing for a Hong Kong initial public offering that could take place within six months.
The company has distributed a shareholder resolution seeking approval for the potential listing.
It is also completing a funding round that values Moonshot AI at more than $30 billion, after interest strengthened following the launch of its K3 AI model.
